When children become fluent readers, they no longer have to stop and sound out every word. That means their brain is free to focus on what the words actually mean—which is where real reading begins!
By following these steps and progressing through our program, children develop the ability to read with speed, accuracy and expression. Fluency bridges the gap between decoding words and understanding them, focused on meaning.
